At, SJ our main focus has been to design, develop sustainable housing projects of different segments and create living experience for our clients, through our personalised facility management service. I would not say we have largely achieved our goal but definitely have made a beginning by completing few of our large ongoing projects especially in last 10 years, Royal Heritage on AIIMS corridor, Royallagoon on Infocity corridor, which has been rated as one the finest lifestyle residential properties in Bhubaneswar. These are definitely the self explanatory one’s, especially Royal lagoon is a joint development project with Ashina Homes, delhi, consist of 705 dwelling units, spread over 10.5 acres of lush green landscape, plantations, strong infrastructure, security, amenities like game zone, OAT, walking tracks, well equipped club house, indoor, SPA, gym, swimming pool, banquet, outdoor games like cricket, tennis, badminton, in campus essential retail and golf cart service makes the project the most preferred residential destination in town.

We are in great progress to hand over Royal Habitat, the first of its kind affordable lifestyle residential project on Info-vally& IIT, Bhubaneswar corridor. This is a low-raise fully self sufficient housing project consisting of 425 dwelling units, best of modern infrastructure, amenities like game zone, OAT, outdoor sporting, club house, gym and swimming pool.

We strongly believe our last 5 years plan has been deferred due to so many ups and downs in the sector and that delayed all our ongoing projects and schedule of upcoming plans, however our focus towards achieving quality, promised amenities, passion towards better infrastructure, landscape, interior and further improvement in delivering better product has kept up upright and proud before our clients and investors. I must mention the spirit of achieving results in all situation among the management and team SJ is incredible and has been the driving force achieving our goals.

I’m delighted to mention the overwhelming response to our recent launch Royal Palm Village, the super luxury vacation villa and resort project in association with MAYFAIR groups on Puri& Bhubaneswar corridor. I must confess that the planning, designing more over achieving the desired finishing in the mock villa is nothing less than a movie making for us and our architects, consultants as a team and we are hopeful to create a world class destination here in this part of Odisha, which is connecting well to Puri, Chilika, Konark, Dhauli and Bhubaneswar.
