Check list of documents to be obtained.

• Two recent Passport size photograph.
• Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill for proof of residence.
• Voter ID card / Pan Card / Passport / Driving License.
• Salary Slip for last 3months.
• Statement of Bank A/c for last 6months where salary is credited.
• Form-16 for last two years.
• IT returns for last two years.
• Money receipt towards payment made to builders.

• Last 3 years income Tax Returns.
• Last 3 years profit & Loss A/c statement.
• Last 3 years Balance Sheet.
• Last 6 months Bank A/c statement.
• 2 Passport size photographs.
• Electricity bill / Telephone bill for proof of residence and office.
• Voter ID card / Pan Card /Passport / Driving License.

• 2 passport size photograph.
• Copy of pass port with valid visa.
• Copy of employment contract ( In English )
• Proof of Abroad Residence.

  b. Employer’s letter certifying the current mailing address (original )
• Proof of local residence electricity / Telephone Bills
• Last 3 months salary slip / Salary certificate ( Showing all deductions )
• Last 6 months overseas Bank A/c statement (Salary A/c )
• General Power of Attorney in favour of any relatives staying locally ( as per Bank’s format attested by Indian Embassy / Consulate Notary Public.
• Copy of Identity card issued by the employer.
• Brief write-up on the company where employed i.e. its constitution, activity, employee base, net profit etc.
• Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) in case of Merchant Navy employment.

• Copy of pension Payment Order (PPO)
• Last six Months Bank A/c statements where pension is credited.

• Name of two reference (other than family members / relative) with their address and telephone numbers.
• Guarantor / Co-borrower -
  a. One passport size photograph
  b. Electricity / Telephone Bill
  c. Voter Id / Pan Card
  d. Income proof (Salary Slip / it returns)
  
• Processing fee as per Bank’s rule from time to time.
